History of FUTAMIYA
In 1947, the Futamiya’s founder started selling Chrysanthemum Rice Burdock Miso Pickles in “Tono” area in Japan.
In “Tono” region between “Nobi” plant and “Kiso” mountain region, the local people resemble the chrysanthemum petals, so the locals called by name “Chrysanthemums Burdock”, since old days We had become familiar with eating this chrysanthemoto burdock with each household dishes.
It is a Miso Pickle full of flavor of rice koji which can enjoy the refreshing sweetness and mellowness of nature, using natural salt and organic free soybean and rice as raw materials.
